How does the Partner

How does the Partner Programme Work?

We’ve designed the 4Com Partner Programme to be as simple as possible. Once you’ve signed up (by completing the form below), you can then enter details of your contacts on our partner leads page. We’ll take it from there; getting in touch with them to clarify their requirements and arranging a time to meet with them.

We’ll then meet with them in person and, if they join us, you’ll receive commission for your referral. They’ll continue to be supported by us throughout their time with our system.

What’s in it for you?

We’re offering generous commissions; which are paid out upon the successful installation of your contact’s phone system. The commission we pay varies depending on the size of the phone system required by your contact. For more information, please complete the form below.

Opting for a phone system via the 4Com Partner

What’s in it for them?

Opting for a phone system via the 4Com Partner Programme, will see your contact receive a £500 Love2Shop gift card when they join us. That’s on top of an industry-leading phone system, with video calling and mobile apps included as standard.

They will also be supported from our UK head office, where we resolve the majority of queries on the first call. In short, they’ll be getting a great product, exemplary support, preferential rates, and a gift card when they join us via the partner programme.

How will they be supported?

Our support call centre is based at our head office in Bournemouth, Dorset. We encourage all of our customers to call us with any queries, as our call centre team are all highly trained experts on our products and systems, which is why we resolve the majority of questions during the first call.

If there is a more serious technical issue that requires a site visit, we have engineers across the country, so that they can reach our customers more quickly.

What are the requirements for referrals?

Currently, we can service only those businesses who are in the UK mainland. There is no lower or upper limit in terms of size, but different commissions are paid based upon the size of the company you are referring.

Unfortunately, we are not able to work with Schools or Charities at this time. We would ask that you have had an introductory conversation with your customer before submitting their details to us.
