We’re always on the lookout for talented and ambitious people to join our team either at our Head Office in Bournemouth or for one of our field-based roles, so if you can’t see a suitable role, you are welcome to send us a speculative CV to [email protected].
Introducing 4ComHere at 4Com, we've been supplying market-leading phone systems to UK SMEs for over 20 years. There's so much more to us than that though; we’re one of the best places to work in the UK, are renowned locally for our charity work (with over £400,000 donated), and our offices are based just a 5 minute walk from Bournemouth beach.
Established in 1999
4Com was established in 1999 with the aim of improving the communications of the UK’s SME market. At that time we were based in Salisbury and in the years since we have also had offices in Southampton as well as our current Headquarters in Bournemouth, Dorset.
Our Executive Chairman, Daron Hutt, founded the company and a number of our directors joined in the first few years and have worked their way up to their current positions.
We’re proud to have successfully partnered with major suppliers throughout our history. In the early days we provided Panasonic handsets, before moving onto work with Siemens (now Unify). More recently, we became the world's biggest reseller of Samsung Unified Communications products, before opting to become a Platinum Partner of HiHi; the industry-leading business phone with video functionality.
We’re proud to have won and been finalists for a number of awards over the years. We’ve been finalists in the Dorset Business Awards, the National Business Awards and been named among the 1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain. Our proudest achievement was winning The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for in 2017, after being in the top 20 for the previous 4 years.
Where to find us
In early 2019 we moved into our spectacular new offices in central Bournemouth, a few hundred yards from the coast. It’s easily accessible by rail, being just half a mile from the train station and is easily found from the A338.
