HiHi4 is a Google Certified device, which gives you access to the Google Play Store and their suite of apps, allowing you to download your favourite tools and personalise your deskphone to suit your needs. By logging into your Google account, you’ll have access to your emails, files, photos and calendar on your HiHi4, as well as the ability to sync your contacts into your phonebook, so they’re all in a single list.*
Add widgets to see your inbox or schedule on your homescreen and customise your wallpaper background with your photos of your own.
*Please note, HiHi4 can hold up to a total of 500 contacts, including those that have been synced.
An intuitive experience
HiHi4 is the business deskphone made to feel like your smartphone. With an upgraded Android operating system, and a customisable homescreen, you can display the information that matters most to you while having all the enhanced features within reach. Using HiHi4’s Phone Console, you can easily switch call options on and off from your homescreen, such as Call Forwarding, Private Calling and Do Not Disturb, while also being able to access your voicemail messages with just one touch.
HiHi4 provides easy remote working with its detachable tablet, allowing phone features to be used away from the desk so you remain connected.
Flexible working
With an increase of hybrid working for many businesses across the UK, having a phone system that can provide the ability for your teams to work from multiple locations easily is important. Designed as two components, HiHi4 allows you to undock the tablet from one base and place it another, either at a different desk or at home.
As the tablet is the main element of the HiHi4 deskphone, you will still be able to make and receive calls via your own work number from wherever you are working, while also being able to access contacts, files photos and apps.

Webex
Webex is an app available for both your smartphone and your computer. It is linked to your HiHi in order to replicate the features and usability of your HiHi deskphone – meaning you can make and recieve calls and access the same info (such as phonebook and colleague availability) as you can on your deskphone.
This enables you to stay seamlessly connected even when you’re away from your desk. Webex uses the same phone number as your HiHi, meaning your work number is the same across devices and you can keep your mobile number private.
HiHi There
HiHi There is a unique app that allows you to invite non-HiHi users to a video call, via either their mobile device or on a browser synced with a webcam. This app gives you the advantage of being able to see and speak to your customers and suppliers via video, lessening the need for travel.
Unlike many other video calling apps, HiHi There doesn’t require a user to sign-up to an account upon downloading, and also gives users unlimited call time. Video calls can be started whenever an invitation has been received, so a meeting doesn’t have to be scheduled.
