    Google reviews

We’re proud to be rated 4.7 out of 5 on Google, the highest in our industry among those with over 1000 reviews! Take a look below at just some of the great feedback we’ve received from our customers.

    Georgina Cook
Dan was great! Demonstrated how to use the phone and made it so straight forward to use, and he was really helpful.

Chris came to our offices to carry out the ‘first fix’ for our new HiHi phone system. Did all the set up in terms of installing the equipment and all the tech bits whilst onsite and took the time to talk over basic operation, system management and operation etc. before our formal training in a couple of weeks. No issues, took the time to answer questions etc. Service that should be appreciated.

The main difference between HiHi3 on a Leased Line and other services is the available capacity. We recommend a Leased Line setup for those in larger offices because they tend to need this level of capacity.

If you are in a medium or large office of over 100 staff, we would recommend at least looking into HiHi3 on a Leased Line as an option.

The installation of a new leased line, depending on the type of line required, can require some local planning permissions to be obtained. It’s hard to generalise in this area, but installation can vary from 6 weeks through to a number of months.

All of our phone systems are created especially for the unique needs of each individual business, so we don’t have a fixed price. We’d be happy to discuss your needs and the related costs with you.
