Gareth Owen called at High Town Taxis, Hereford today to double check everything was running properly, before changing over some equipment.Gareth discovered a few small niggles that could have caused us endless bother and quickly set about correcting the issues. Harrison and Mark came to our office yesterday to fit our new phone systems. They were great. Very friendly, polite and helpful, they talked the system through with us and were more than happy to answer any questions we can. Plus there was were no disruptions to the phone systems whilst they were setting it up!

Harrison Ward installed our new telephone system today, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with what must have seemed like a thousand questions. It took slightly longer than he expected due to our internet being a pain, but this was not an issue for him and he was still smiling at the end of a long day. We are looking forward to the training session with Harrison who clearly has the patience of a saint as one of us is a dinosaur with new technology!! 4Com is definitely a company we would recommend to anyone looking for a new Telephony system.
We met with Mark yesterday who was on time, presented very well.
