As of 1st August 2018, we are making changes to our mobile phone service charges.
In February, our network provider and other major networks announced a price rise in line with inflation for pay-monthly contracts.
We have held off until now to pass this increase on, but as of 1st August 2018, certain prices for our mobile customers will be increasing; the first price rise since 2016.
This price increase is only affecting service charges and will see prices increase by 4%. Call charges will remain at the same rate.
We understand that price rises are frustrating, and this is why we have delayed passing this increase on until now.
We are still committed to giving our customers the same excellent service they have always received.
