What are the different types of calls/lines that 4Com offer?

At 4Com, we provide business telephone lines and call-minutes to thousands of companies across the UK. All business calls are routed via Tier 1 carriers which ensure high-quality voice connectivity. We also buy our calls at wholesale rates; lowered prices which we then offer to all our customers.

We also provide ISDN2e and ISDN30e services to our customers, which connections which are explained below.

What calls and lines do 4Com offer?

We offer a selection of services in terms of calls and lines, including ISDN2e and ISDN30e lines.  ISDN stands for ‘Integrated Services Digital Network’ and these lines offer an array of extra benefits. One of these is CLIP, which allows you to see who is calling you before you answer your phone.

ISDNe2 is a high-performance service which delivers high-quality voice recognition and an extremely reliable data transmission. ISDN30e is ideal for business telephone lines, as it provides data services for those needing at least 8 phone lines.
