Phase 1 – New Equipment Installation
We will install your new HiHi telephone system alongside your existing system. This will allow you to explore the features of the phone, make some external calls and, most importantly, experience video calling.
Please be mindful that at this point we won’t have installed our services so outgoing calls will be limited to your existing broadband quality. Your incoming calls will still come through your existing system, which will remain fully functional.
In a unique move, we will assign you a Customer Project Partner (CPP) who will be your main contact during the installation process.

Phase 2 – Transfer of Existing Services
Your CPP will be in regular contact, often via video (broadband dependent), to ensure you are always up-to-date on how the background processes are progressing. We will transfer services from your existing suppliers and order any additional services to complete the installation.
During this phase, you and your team will have access to numerous online training videos on how use the new HiHi system for when it goes fully live.
Phase 3 – Additional Services
Your CPP will inform you when any additional services will be installed, such as additional lines or Broadband. When dealing with Openreach, we are aware that they may change their plans, leading to a new installation date being arranged.
If you receive any termination charges or face other issues from your existing supplier please just call your CPP, who will be happy to help.
Phase 4 – Switching to HiHi
All services will now have been installed and we will arrange a date for the final install by one of our engineers. This is when we simply turn off your old system and the HiHi system will now be fully live with your existing telephone numbers.
It is only at this point when you are fully installed and trained that your HiHi equipment payments will be activated.
