Price Adjustment Information for 4Com Customers

Dear Customer,

Each year the telecoms industry adjusts its pricing in line with the prevailing RPI rates published by the Office for National Statistics and apply the changes in April each year.

4Com are also subject to price increases from our own suppliers, which are to be applied to our own wholesale account from 1st April 2024, and whilst we do not intend to pass on the full extent of the price increases we receive, we are left with no choice but to increase our own pricing as a result.

The Terms and Conditions of your contract with 4Com allows for an annual increase to your monthly charges in line with prevailing RPI rates.

3.4 The Supplier reserves the right on not less than one months’ notice to increase the charges for Services (including for the avoidance of doubt any Support Services) on an annual basis with effect from April of each year in line with the percentage increase in the Retail Prices Index in the preceding 12-month period for which figures have been made available by the Office for National Statistics (or since the last such price increase, if longer).

Therefore, within your invoice received on or around 17th April 2024 our prices will be increased by 4.2% in order that we may continue to invest in our networks, our products, and the additional services we provide to you.

With our intended increase lower than most UK suppliers, (BT’s published Price Increase is 7.9%) 4Com will still retain a competitive edge across the range of services we provide to our customers.

We’re always here to help, so if you have any questions about any of the above information, please get in touch by emailing [email protected].

We wish to thank you for your understanding, and for your continued business.

Yours sincerely,
For and on behalf of 4Com Network Services Limited
