  • You are a strategic thinker, with experience of driving change across an organisation.
  • A strong communicator, with an ability to motivate and enthuse multiple technical teams, whilst also being able to engage with your C-Suite peers.
  • You will have managed significant programmes of works across multiple products and teams, setting clear and concise targets.
  • A hands-on approach to performance management and coaching, with excellent talent management skills. Our culture is to nurture our talented colleagues and ensure they can deliver their best.
  • Significant exposure to software development practices and methodologies, ideally with experience in operating remote teams and individuals.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • You will be an expert in various product development methodologies, and be able to roll your sleeves up and help when the team need support.

We are within walking distance from Bournemouth train station, bus stops and we offer a free park and ride based in Boscombe with regular shuttles to and from the office (ave. journey time is approx. 5 minutes). If you prefer to walk, jog or cycle to work we have undercover bike shelters and showers.
