Lead Administrator, Bournemouth, £21,000 + Bonus


We are 4Com; an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a Lead Administrator to join the team.

As a Lead Administrator, you will work alongside the Business Solutions Managers in providing accurate and timely lead information.

What would I be doing as a Lead Administrator at 4Com?

  • Manage inbound leads from various marketing channels.
  • Report on overall performance to directors.
  • Accurately record information on CRM and Excel.
  • Follow procedures for quality of lead to determine which process to follow.
  • Make outbound calls gaining more information for relevant leads.
  • General administration duties.
