As a Customer Billing Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for the initial set up of our new customers bills. Using our billing platform to input information from their agreement. You will then manage the smooth running of our monthly billing, handling queries relating to their bills. You will take ownership of escalated enquiries and offering creative and effective solutions to our customers.
Working closely with other departments and team members daily, you’ll ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Managing customers’ expectations and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
The successful person will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment all whilst delivering the best customer service.
- Be a strong communicator and influencer.
- Experience within complaints or customer retention department will be advantageous.
- Be organised and proficient in both written and verbal communication.
