Communications Manager, £30,000 (Maternity Cover, 12 months)

The Communications Manager will be primarily focused on the marketing and communication of our HiHi brand, with the responsibility of ensuring the messaging of HiHi and its products are consistent and aligned to the brand standards. Managing our websites, emails, digital and printed material, as well as social media content and videos.

The Communications Manager will be responsible for our marketing campaigns, designing, writing, implementing, and analysing emails for a range of campaigns. These will include lead generation, acquisition and technical support.

What would I be doing?

  • Write, edit, and proof marketing literature across the HiHi brand communication channels, including emails, websites, social media content and videos
  • Oversee the design and development of HiHi website, emails and both digital and printed marketing collateral
  • Ensure all marketing and communications materials are consistent and aligned with the brand standards
  • Proof literature on brand reseller websites, emails and printed materials etc.
  • Oversee and monitor HiHi’s review platforms
  • Develop, design and implement email marketing campaigns to generate leads for acquisition
  • Design and implement various email campaigns to the HiHi customer base, including but not limited to, technical support updates
  • Develop email automation strategy for acquisition
  • Identify target audiences, manage email databases and analyse campaign performance
  • Oversee the management of internal communication materials
  • Oversee the management of 4Com’s intranet
  • Oversee the management of all marketing materials, via the Marketing Executive, ensuring they are up-to-date and good stock levels are maintained
  • Day-to-day marketing administration and other reasonable ad-hoc requestUpload content to the various 4Com websites
  • Write relevant posts for 4Com website and upload to the sites

What do I need?

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, B2B preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign etc.)
  • Experience of working with a website CMS, with WordPress preferred
  • Excellent communicator and good agency management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects at one time
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good understanding of HTML and coding techniques is preferred, but not essential
