1st /2nd Line Support, up to £28,000 DOE, Bournemouth,
As a Desk Support Engineer, you’ll offer our customers technical support for the range of IT and telephony products/services that we provide. Working on the Help desk, you’ll take ownership of technical queries and fault reports, liaising with customers and third parties to ensure a quick and effective resolution. Providing exception customer service throughout.
We are looking for people with experience working in IT or Networking, who can apply themselves to thrive in our fast-paced, friendly environment. You’ll need to be confident in troubleshooting and have a passion for learning new skills. We always strive to offer an exceptional service, so you’ll also be great at communicating.
Desirable experience in the following:
- Router programming
- VoIP, SIP or Unified Communication
