As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring our Account Managers are providing qualified appointments for our Customer Sales Team. You will listen to all customer calls made by our Account Managers making sure they meet the required criteria to book an appointment. You’ll report this information to the Senior Account Manager to ensure we are providing accurate information to our customer’s along with providing excellent customer service throughout the call.
This role requires someone that has great attention to detail and excellent listening skills. No call will be the same so you will need to use your own initiative in how you interpret the information that you will report on.
This is a great role for someone keen to learn about sales processes and account management within a fast paced, proactive department.
