Charity work is a central theme to everything we do here at 4Com. Our monthly targets, whilst generating staff rewards, also directly impact the amount we give to charity each month. On top of this we do at least one major charity event each year, such our Isle of Wight Challenge, which raised over £40,000 for Ashley’s Birthday Bank. We’ve even set up our own 4Com Foundation, which is run by 4Com employees.
