4Com, a leading business to business telecoms provider, has been included in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for, for the second year running. The Bournemouth based Telecoms company received its three star accreditation for employee engagement, care and staff satisfaction with 98% of staff saying they felt a strong sense of family and team work, 99% feeling proud to work for the company and 96% of staff saying they were paid fairly for the work they did.
The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For, is the definitive marker of workplace engagement, employee opinion and satisfaction across the UK, with 896 organisations taking part and over 240,000 employees surveyed.
It was revealed on 26th February at the awards ceremony in London, that 4Com came 16th out of 100 small to medium companies mentioned in the report moving up 29 places from last year’s 45th spot. The official league table was published in the Sunday Times on 2nd March.
4Com employ over 170 people at their Head Office near Bournemouth and deliver business telecommunications systems to small to medium businesses across the UK. The company was also recently mentioned by the London Stock Exchange as one of the top 1000 UK companies to inspire Britain, along with coming in the top five at the National Business Awards for customer service in 2013.
