£20k basic OTE in excess of £45,000 Plus Audi A1 Company Car

CORIN started his career with us as a telemarketing exec after 18months he was made team leader and then TM manager, 6years from starting with us Corin is our Group Training Manager.
LEE Joined the company 9 years ago and after just 9 months as a telemarketing Exec he was promoted to Assistant TM Manager he quickly progressed to Quality Manager and has since gone on to run and manage all the stats and data for the company.

Field Support Technician (National)
£22k – 27.5k DOE
Recognised for our world class service, we provide the most up-to-date digital telephone technology at a low cost. An opportunity has now arisen to work as part of the Support Team to ensure that our customers’ telecommunication systems are maintained; rectifying any faults in a professional and timely manner. Whilst being flexible enough to carry out installations and upgrades as required by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess or be prepared to gain within a year the following Siemens qualifications: Hipath 3000 Installation and Maintenance, DECT cordless packages, Data networks, HG 1500 and IVM expressions compact;
Posses Samsung Officeserv7000 qualifications with an ability to complete Samsung installations;
Posses OAK accreditation for Smart products with knowledge of OAK DX voice recording products;
Be able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology;
Have a high level of manual dexterity;
Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of windows based packages;
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess good organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a team;
Be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and be prepared to undertake staff development as required;
Have an understanding of the basic principles of Health and Safety; being able to undertake risk assessments as appropriate.
